Created by gamers, for gamers, we use your interests to help you build social skills, confidence and meaningful connections.
Our team of gamers and pop culture fans are also trained in mental health and youth services.

Performing Arts
Are you made for the stage? genU’s Performing Arts programs offer an exciting opportunity to build self-confidence, explore creativity and develop new skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Connections
The Connections day program fosters a sense of community and provides equal opportunities for people with disability.
Participants engage in meaningful activities like cooking, fitness, community outings and creative projects such as Connections TV and Connections Photography.
Through initiatives like video interviews, multimedia production and showcasing their photography, the program helps participants build skills, form relationships and contribute to their local community in impactful ways.

MyCommunity
MyCommunity offers a variety of activities to suit your interests and needs, including fitness sessions, arts and crafts, social groups and cooking classes. Our program provides both short- and long-term support, ensuring everyone’s journey toward independence is supported.
The program supports people of all ages, from youth to seniors, and is tailored to those needing short- or long-term assistance.
Our mindful health and fitness program offers a variety of activities that aim to boost your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
From team sports to individual activities and calming relaxation techniques, there’s something for everyone. Plus, you’ll make new friends along the way as you enjoy the benefits of a healthier, more active lifestyle!
