MyCommunity is designed to help you get involved, build friendships, and develop new skills.
Whether you're facing mental health challenges, adjusting to life after an injury, or managing new diagnoses, this program offers personalised support to help you thrive.
MyCommunity offers a variety of activities to suit your interests and needs, including fitness sessions, arts and crafts, social groups, and cooking classes. You’ll gain the confidence and skills to participate in group activities or pursue independent hobbies. Our program provides both short- and long-term support, ensuring everyone’s journey toward independence is supported.
The program supports people of all ages, from youth to seniors, and is tailored to those needing short- or long-term assistance.
The program is funded through NDIS, TAC, HACC, CHSP or MHCSS, depending on eligibility.
