Provides access to shared onsite assistance between scheduled in-home support. The model is used in SDA homes with various living arrangements, such as units or apartments, where everyone has their own home, accompanied by access to on-call support onsite across the complex.
On-Call Overnight Monitoring (OOM)
Provides overnight on-call support, accessible either on or offsite, guaranteeing supervision of personal daily living tasks.

Short-Term Accommodation (STA)
Short-Term Accommodation (STA), also referred to as Respite, provides support and accommodation when you need to live away from your usual home for a short period of time.
During your stay, your caregivers can also enjoy a break from their duties while ensuring you receive necessary care in a secure, compassionate, and professional setting.
