Tara McGowan was just 23 years of age and studying to become a Special Needs Teacher when she tragically passed away from an asthma attack in 2015.
Her family created Tara’s Dream Foundation in honour of her passionate wish to help young people living with disability.
The Foundation, in partnership with genU, raised $300,000 towards the cost of building Tara’s Dream – creating better housing and accommodation options for young people living with a disability in the Bellarine area.
