Supported employment
genU empowers people with disability to build skills, gain independence, and work towards meaningful employment opportunities.
Empowering meaningful employment for people with disability
At genU, we imagine a future where people with disability have the same opportunities as everyone else, to pursue a career of their choice.
genU's focus on small-scale employment helps our crew to build capacity, access development opportunities, get work ready, and achieve greater independence at work, with the ultimate goal of working towards open employment.
We work alongside you to match your skills, abilities, and interests with a suitable position that best suits you and your future goals. Then, we develop key workplace skills while on the job including prioritising tasks, conduct, performance, safety and social skills in a commercial environment.
We offer a range of employment options along with more bespoke placements with our key partners.
If you have NDIS funding for employment supports, talk to us to find out if genU is right for you. We’re growing our team and have a variety of supported employment roles available around Victoria and Western Australia.
