genU merged with WA-based disability services provider Activ Foundation in 2024, furthering our national presence and bringing together the best of two leading community organisations.

Barwarre Gardens Retirement Village
Barwarre Gardens Retirement Village is a bustling gated community with a full social schedule of activities. Located in Marshall, Geelong, it boasts quality homes. landscaped gardens and comprehensive support.

Eastern Hub
On the lookout for spaces where all people are welcome to meet, learn, celebrate and eat? Look no further! Eastern Hub is our community hub in East Geelong, offering regular events and classes, as well as room and event hire, and a great cafe.

genU Training
Education for good. That’s our promise. We proudly offer training and education that empowers people to reach their full potential and use their new skills to create good in the world.
We offer a wide range of courses and are experts in skilling the support and corporate sectors, catering for learners of all abilities, and helping jobseekers upskill for employment.

We know some job seekers need an extra hand to succeed. And we’re across the kinds of things employers want in their people. So, we started MatchWorks to bring the two together. Seasons Cafes and Catering
Would you like to enjoy some fresh produce and help kick-start the careers of people living with a disability? Simply head to your local Seasons Cafe. By ordering through Seasons, you’re supporting the meaningful employment of people living with a disability.

St Laurence Park Retirement Village
St Laurence Park Retirement Village comprises more than 100 self-contained homes amongst sprawling parkland in Lara, just 16km from Geelong and 60km from Melbourne.

The Otway Kitchen
The Otway Kitchen is a not for profit enterprise producing a wholesale range of traditional and gourmet jams, chutneys, pickles and relishes hand made in small batches to retain flavour and quality. This social enterprise provides meaningful employment to people living with disability, and assists in developing key skills and creating new opportunities.
