Whether you’re in Year 9, completing your final years of school, have recently graduated, or need assistance planning your employment pathway, we’re here to help you succeed.
Our Services
Our youth-focused supports are designed to equip individuals aged 15-25 with the skills, confidence, and experience needed to thrive in the workforce.
We provide:
- A personalised discovery process to identify your strengths, interests, and goals.
- Assistance to seek suitable work experience while still at school and support during completion.
- Capacity building supports to prepare you for the workplace.
- Job preparation, resume writing, and interview coaching.
- On-the-job training, work experience, and workplace mentoring.
- Completion of onsite workplace evaluations to assist with future planning and work readiness.
- Support with job carving, customising roles, or finding part-time and supported employment.
- Assistance to connect to mainstream supports.

Who Is Eligible?
Our supports are available to individuals aged 15–25 who are NDIS participants and have employment, education, or volunteering goals in their plan.
